The Bowflex SelectTech 1090 Heavy Dumbells can help you transform your body for good with just a turn of a dial. With the SelectTech 1090 there is no need to change numerous of dumbells, just turn the dials on each end of the dumbell to select your desired dumbell weight. Equivalent to 17 pairs of dumbells, you can also dial-in different amounts of weight on each end of the dumbell to allow for rotator cuff exercises and overhead rows, giving even more weight options.

The 10-90lb set of SelectTech's are for people who need something heavier for different exercises such as bench press and squats, where 21kg just isn't heavy enough. We would advise if you do not have a bench, the 3.1 bench is a fantastic option. We would also strongly recommend the 1090 stand, with the dumbbells being so heavy. The stand will have them positioned at the perfect height.
