Returns Policy
Un-Faulty Products
There is no getting away from it, Internet shopping will never be able to give you a good idea of what a product will look and feel like in reality, no matter how good the picture or description. This is why we operate a very simple 30 day returns policy.
To qualify for or 30 day returns policy, firstly you will need to inform us by either e-mail of phone call. We will provide you with an RAN (returns authorisation number) which we will need you to place on the top of your receipt. The product must be in 'like new' condition, fully packaged in it's original packaging and sent to our head office in Hartlepool (see contact us page for address). We will then accept the product and provide a refund, minus the initial delivery charge.
Faulty Products
If your product is received and found to be damaged, we will have the product either collected for a refund, collected and replaced with a new model, or arrange for an engineer to have it fixed (more expensive products).
To qualify for our Faulty Returns Policy, you must inform us of the EXACT damage within 7 days of receiving the damaged goods. We will provide a RAN (returns authorisation number) before any action can be taken.
If we have the product collected and find that it is un-faulty, we will have the product sent back and pass on ALL delivery charges to the customer, including collection charge.
