- Supports lean mass
- Combats exercise-induced stress
Exercise stresses your body, and without some stress, your muscles would never grow. But too much stress is bad. It increases the production of cortisol—a catabolic stress hormone produced by the adrenal gland—which leads to muscle loss and fat gain.
Control excess cortisol production with C3 (Cortisol Control Complex), which helps you achieve maximum leanness and maintain muscle mass.
C3 contains:
Phosphatidylserine: Aids in cognitive function and adaptation to exercise-induced stress. SerinAid phosphatidylserine has been shown in recent research to reduce excess cortisol levels in hard training athletes.
Ashwaganda: Helps control exercise stress-related fat retention, as well as supporting and balancing healthy metabolic function. Sensoril has adaptogeni properties to help enhance energy levels and support immune function. Also found to calm nervous system and reduce stress—a major factor in cortisol overproduction and fat retention.
L-Theanine: Valuable amino acid that helps diminish stress.
