Recommended Usage

We at Extreme Nutrition recommend that each serving should be body weight (per kilo) divided by 2 e.g. a 100 kg man would require 50 gram of Extreme Whey per serving. We recommend protein be taken every 3 hours, as solid food or as a supplement. After working out a larger protein drink should be consumed to begin the muscle repair, and subsequently building process. The amount of protein digestible will vary between individuals.

Extreme Whey is a blend of whey isolate, a quickly absorbed protein, and whey concentrate, which is absorbed much more slowly. Fortified with peptide bonded glutamine, which is essentially a third protein source. Extreme Whey is designed to deliver a steady supply of amino acids to the blood stream, as the gut absorbs them.

The bloodstream carries the aminos to the muscles at a sustained rate so not to overload the muscle receptors allowing for much greater absorbtion resulting in better muscle growth. Extreme Whey is also Gluten and Soya free, two products that are well known to create indigestion to those with more sensitive stomachs, and is only 0.2g of sodium per 100g. Delivering 35 x 50g servings per tub, Extreme Whey is one of the most cost effective protein products on the market today.

This relatively fast and easily absorbed protein is perfect for after training or first thing in the morning when your body is waiting to absorb protein. Extreme Whey has no added thickeners or binders found in many similar products, thus making it light and easy to drink.

Extreme Nutrition was born in December 1999, both of the directors of the company were competitive bodybuilders who were sick of all the marketing hype and overpriced but low quality supplements being pushed at that point in time. With the assistance of their manufacturing partners food scientists, they managed to develop their range based on science and our knowledge of human physiology, they wanted to produce a range of products which was not manufactured to produce the largest profit margins or using an ingredient because it was 10% cheaper than another, they wanted to produce the best products we could because we knew they would be using them themselves!
