Myoplex diet bars are a great tasting bar that you can use as a meal replacement to supplement your diet & exercise program. They’re an easy choice to reach for and you can have the confidence that you’re getting great nutrition without all the added calories which is going to help you reach your goal of having that great physique you train to hard to attain.

What are the benefits of Myoplex Diet bars?

Each delicious bar has 14 grams of protein in the forms of milk and soy protein. Milk protein contains undenatured forms of both casein and whey protein so you get the benefits of the fast acting absorption of whey and the slow release of amino acids from casein. Soy protein provides all the essential amino acids you need, but without the additional cholesterol, plus it’s rich in isoflavones which have been shown to help prevent heart disease, reduce the risk of certain cancers and prevent osteoporosis.

Each serving contains 24 grams of carbohydrates – the body’s power source which will help to give you the energy you need for that intense workout in the gym and included in that is 4.6g of fibre for complete digestive health. Also contained is an abundance of 14 different vitamins & minerals which are necessary for health, especially for hard training athletes.
