My Stride™ technology automatically adjusts your stride length from 0 to 76 cm to fit your individual leg length and workout rate. Zero Stride mode allows you to use your elliptical as a stepper for variety. Enables you to exercise in forward and reverse directions, with or without upper body arms – for ultimate versatility. Three different My Stride™ programs coach you through your entire workout, telling you when to increase your stride length, change direction, change resistance and use the upper body station.

High performance V-Force™ Plus resistance system offers completely frictionless, smooth performance with virtually no parts to wear or break. Storage space for magazines, water bottles, walkmans and more. Fingertip computer controls allow you to conveniently control your workout without needing to move your hands.
