Delivery

Free Delivery on orders over £99 to England and Wales. Surcharges will occur to Scotland, Northern Ireland and Offshore addresses.

Delivery charge will be calculated at the checkout, depending on the delivery address.

If you require your product on a certain date, or at a certain time (before 9:30am, before 12:00pm), please give us a call on 01429 267 621 to arrange it. We can also arrange Saturday delivery for you.

For delivery of small items we use a courier called APC, for the larger items we use Nightfreight, and for the extra large items we use Nightfreight's 2-Man delivery service.

If you are not in at the time of delivery, our couriers will leave a card stating a consignment number and the number of the local depot your product is held at. You will need to give them a call and arrange a different delivery time that suits you.

You will receive an e-mail from us the previous working day before your order will be delivered. If we e-mail you on a Friday, please expect it to arrive the following working day which is Monday, unless of course you have ordered Saturday delivery.
